Pastor of Discipleship
This full time position will develop and oversee the vision and day to day growth of small groups, mini-congregations, and overall adult discipleship. We are looking for a servant leader with a clear calling to minister to adults, seeing them grow in their walk with Jesus, recruiting and training adults to serve in ministry. A Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies with a seminary education is preferred; 3-5 years of large church experience is a plus, specifically in the area of Adult Ministries.
