At Christ Community Church, we consider giving to be an act of worship to God. While it's true that giving to Christ Community Church is what pays for the pastors, the building, the programs for families, the missionaries, and the web site, we don't require anyone to give money to us. We desire financial support from those that call Christ Community "their church".
Christ Community Church has the following budget to be supported by donations in 2008:
- General Fund - $1,629,769
- Missions Fund - $250,000
Giving Year-to-Date through January 25, 2008:
General Fund Received: $77,478.31
General Fund Budgeted: $94,026.00
Missions Fund Received: $11,177.85
This is how the money donated in 2008 will be used at Christ Community Church:
50% pays the staff that works here
25% covers the costs of the building we worship in
10% goes towards programming for families
10% is given away to worthy missionaries/organizations outside of CCC
5% is spent on administrative overhead
We look forward to offering online giving as an option soon. We are already accepting electronic donations from bank accounts on the 1st of the month, on Mayo paydays, or on IBM paydays. Fill out this form and send it to the church office for a convenient and consistent giving solution.
